Marian Iszatt-White is a Senior Lecturer in the area of leadership at the School of Management, Lancaster University. Marian formerly held the position of Group Treasurer of top 100 plc Enterprise Oil, as well as positions in specialist engineering, hospitality and commercial banking. Before entering academia, she also developed a freelance training and consultancy business. Since joining Lancaster University Management School, she has been Programme Director for the Executive MBA and Director of the School's doctoral programmes. Her current research centres around the idea of leadership-as-stewardship.
Chris Saunders is the Director of Teaching for the Department of Entrepreneurship and Strategy, and was previously Associate Dean for Education, at Lancaster University Management School. He has more than twenty-five years' experience in the design and direction of leadership development programmes for a range of different organisations. Chris has been Director of Lancaster's MBA programmes, taught in the UK, Ghana, and Malaysia. He has strategic leadership experience, having been a member of the University Leadership Group and a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair.
