A former flight attendant and passionate self-taught baker, Brian
spent his twenties traveling and discovering bakeries all over the
world, returning home with a mission to recreate the recipes. In
2015, Brian launched an award-winning brand dedicated to
celebrating the global baking community--Bake from Scratch. Now,
Bake from Scratch is one of the world's largest baking platforms,
with magazines and best-selling cookbooks, a product collection
with Williams Sonoma, sell-out domestic and international baking
retreats, and, of course, @thebakefeed on Instagram, a way to
connect with bakers around the world.
Brian has authored numerous best-selling cookbooks, including The
Bread Collection, The Pie & Tart Collection, The Cake Collection, The
Cookie Collection, The Bundt Collection, Another Bundt Collection,

Brian also loves to shake up creative cocktails and has authored
