"Tai Chi Meditation" by Temple Society is a special meditation music designed to promote concentration and fluid movement techniques in Tai Chi.
The harmonious and soothing sounds are specifically aimed at balancing Yin and Yang to strengthen the center of Tai Chi. Traditional Asian instruments such as the Erhu, Ban Di, and Guzhen create a diverse soundscape and provide a deeper connection to Tai Chi. The flowing rhythms allow to synchronize the movements with the music and focus on the breathing, strengthening the connection between body and mind.
The special compositions on "Tai Chi Meditation" aim to sharpen awareness, promote Qi energy flow, and achieve deep relaxation. This combination of movement and meditation makes Tai Chi a unique and holistic practice.
The relaxing and meditative soundscapes of Temple Society are internationally popular. Tai Chi & Qi Gong trainer Canda also uses Temple Society's music for her exercises.
"Tai Chi Meditation" was remastered by Chris Cool in 24-bit/96 kHz.
