Leona Prince is a Dakelh woman, member of the Lake Babine Nation and belongs to the Likh Tsa Mis Yu Clan. She is a decendant of Stiche and Chief Kwah. A mother of three amazing children, and passionate award-winning educator, she is currently the District Principal of Aboriginal Education for School District 91 (Nechako Lakes). She is co-author of Be A Good Ancestor, published by Orca Book Publishers, 2022. Leona lives in Burns Lake, British Columbia. Carla Joseph is a Cree artist from Prince George, BC. Carla received her key to become artist in residence at the Prince George Community Arts Council in 2016. She went on to win Art Battle in 2016 and 2018. She loves the way she makes people feel with her art. Carla loves to challenge herself by taking on many different projects that can be seen around her home community. A Dance Through the Seasons is her first of several illustrated children's books.
