The research project developed is done with the intention of knowing the impact of intensive shrimp planting through ionic control as a business alternative for the sugar dam sector, together with the inhabitants, this Canvas business model will be developed. We will seek to change and direct the activity of planting and harvesting shrimp that is practiced in this sector in an empirical way to a business development with better materials, quality, better trained human resources, better distribution channel and a better finished product. Therefore, as mentioned above, the proposal presents a Canvas business model where these four items are taken into consideration: Problem that would be the difficulties in relation to the place, necessary capital and other adversities that may arise that slow down the development of the project. Theoretical framework that corresponds to the research in terms of background, everything related to this type of business. Methodology of the investigation we will proceed to the collection of information and specific data to answer questions and develop the phenomenon under study.
