A gnome is found dead outside his flat in Sky Village. Jason and Mortyiene are called onto the job. During the investigation they learn that this is the latest in a series of killings that has targeted gnome bankers. Traveling through sections of the metaphysical Library they investigate several more murders and unearth information about the mysterious Green Development Project. What does the death of gnome bankers have to do with the war, and the notorious purge? And why are other floors attacking the Administration floors. Follow Jason, Mortyiene and Edwardynah, the library cat, as they investigate deep into the Library as they come to the realization that even the great edifice can't stay out of the war.
